Inspection Services

Residential Inspection

A Six Sides Residential Inspection is a complete evaluation of the condition of your home’s accessible components and features. We will visually inspect your home to ensure it is structurally safe and secure and that the major systems are functioning properly. For inaccessible rooflines and difficult areas, we will employ the use of a video Spectoscope, so no matter the space, your inspection is comprehensive. After your residential inspection, you will have unlimited access to our findings in a detailed electronic inspection report from anywhere on your mobile device or computer.

We will inspect these areas of your home:

Pre-Listing Inspection

Be confident of your home’s worth before you list it with a pre-listing inspection. If you are selling your home, you want to be sure you know what the buyers will find during their inspection. A pre-listing inspection assesses the condition of your home’s accessible systems and components and provides a comprehensive report, so you can know its existing value or utilize the Create Request List™. The CRL™ makes the repair process convenient to your schedule and enables you to place your home on the market in its best condition.

4-Point Inspection

If you are the owner of an older home, your insurance company may require a 4-Point Inspection. During this inspection, we will evaluate the age and condition of these four major areas of your home: roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. While this inspection is not as extensive as a residential inspection, it will give you valuable information on your home’s systems and their remaining lifespan. This allows you to prioritize repairs or save for replacements at your convenience and submit the 4-point inspection report to help you acquire homeowners insurance.

Re-Inspections

After the requested repairs are completed from your initial home inspection, we provide re-inspections to ensure these modifications are up to code. We will thoroughly evaluate all repairs for the quality of craftsmanship and adherence to industry standards.
